Mark is a detail man....he explained each step of his inspection. My son and I learned so much from him. The infra-red pictures and his thorough investigation was much appreciated. I don't know how he can crawl under a house, take pictures, etc. I highly recommend Mark to anyone! Mark has an amazing work ethic. He fit me in the next day even though it was a holiday and is very customer focused. Our homes are usually our largest investment; trust Mark to get the best inspection ever! So this is mine and my husbands first time buying a home. We were given a very short period to get a property inspection done. First of all Mark got back to me very quickly and coordinated a time with me and my husband and relived that level of stress. The property inspection was great, Mark talked to us throughout the process and even showed and explained very thoroughly what he was checking and looking for. He also was very detailed on what the inspection included and the cost, made it very easy for us to pay. Mark is hands down amazing. One of the nicest guys we have met. I would highly recommend him.

I booked him about a month out for a very specific inspection window required by my builder. He was on on time, focused, and had my inspection to me by end of day.
